Challenge:
Create video segments for a
National sales meeting adapting
the premise of a hit TV show to the day-to-day world of attendees. Oh yeah! And do it so employees can play the characters in the video.

Solution:
Hilary conceived and scripted four episodes of a recognizable series where employees played characters with super hero qualities in fantastical & humorous situations. The stories brought the message of the meeting to life... that the attendees had the power to achieve the unimaginable.

Challenge:
How do you motivate the sales force responsible for the #1 brand in its industry? Especially when there's no new strategy, marketing campaign, or product enhancement to announce.

Solution:
Hilary helped this SVP deliver a simple, honest and direct message - a communication approach that had already proven effective in driving success. The Executive recognized the audience's recent achievements, acknowledged the pressures they faced, and provided concrete actions to navigate those pressures.

Challenge:
Develop an employee recognition video that is more than just a photo album of career highlights, and which will be entertaining to the honoree as well as the other 200 guests at the Awards banquet.

Solution:
Hilary developed the idea of paralleling the honoree's milestones to the themes and music of his favorite musical artist - an American icon known for celebrating the achievements of hard-working individuals. The approach provided a familiar roadmap through the heartland of success.
